Five courses, written for the wine
Keith picks the region or the theme first, then builds each course to meet its pour. Every plate is cooked for that night only.
Poured and talked through
Each wine is introduced at the table: where it's from, who makes it, and why it's next to that dish. Many come from makers Keith has visited.
One seating, one long table
Dinners start at 6pm and run the evening. Seats are limited and prepaid, and they go first to the email list.
Hear about it first.
The next theme and date are announced to the list before anywhere else, and the room usually fills from there. Leave your details and we'll send the menu when it's set.
