Chef Keith is focusing on Tuscany (Chianti) and the North of Italy, including Piedmont, for this tour. We will be staying at two wineries this time: Viticcio in the Chianti region and Marchesi Inchisa Della Rocchetta in Piedmont. We will be making some fabulous day trips, including Il Borro to meet Salvatore Ferragamo, visit a traditional balsamic vinegar producer in Modena, and tour Barbaresco and Barolo wineries, a chocolate factory, and much more! Of course, Chef Keith will be arranging meals at wineries and top-quality restaurants, focusing on truffles and porcini along with great regional wines.
